How my process works
We start with a conversation about what you want and what your timeline looks like. You get pre-approved so you know the range you’re working in. That step matters more than it sounds like it does, because it saves you the disappointment of falling for a house that was never in the cards this year. Then we see homes, in person or on video if you’re still out of state. When one fits, I write the offer and walk you through inspection, appraisal, and closing.
The steps are the same anywhere. What you’re actually choosing is whose judgment sits behind them. Most of the work that protects you happens before an offer is ever sent. Twenty years of valuing homes here means I can tell you where a price is soft and where it isn’t, and an offer built on what the numbers support holds up better when there’s strategy behind it.
