Westbrook at Savannah Quarters

ABOUT WESTBROOK AT SAVANNAH QUARTERS

Westbrook is the main residential side of Savannah Quarters, a gated 2,600-acre master-planned community in Pooler, about twelve minutes west of downtown Savannah. Streets are tree-lined, many lots look onto lagoons or the golf course, and a private club sits at the center of it.

The Savannah Quarters name comes from the Civil War, when Sherman's troops were quartered on this land after he took the city in 1864. Today it's one of the more amenity-rich communities around Pooler, and Westbrook holds most of the homes.

Westbrook breaks into several smaller neighborhoods, including Westbrook Villas, Pointe, Retreat, Glen, Parke, and The Reserve. Together they run from paired villas to custom estate homes, roughly 1,800 to over 6,400 square feet.

Many homes look onto a lagoon or the golf course and have open layouts with higher-end finishes. Some of the villas come with lawn care, irrigation, pressure washing, and roof replacement handled by the association, so the exterior upkeep is off your plate.

The Homes

The Club at Savannah Quarters anchors the community. It has an 18-hole Greg Norman Signature golf course, lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, pickleball, a junior Olympic lap pool, a family pool with a waterslide, and a fitness center with classes and training.

The clubhouse handles the social side, with fine and casual dining, a wine room, a ballroom, and card and billiards rooms. Beyond the club, Westbrook connects to about forty miles of walking and biking paths across Savannah Quarters.

The Amenities & Character

A lot of daily life here stays inside the gate. There's golf, tennis, the pools, and the fitness center, plus a steady calendar of club events. For everything else, Costco, Publix, and the Pooler Parkway restaurants are a few minutes away.

Several of the villa floor plans handle the outdoor maintenance for you, which makes the community easy to leave for a weekend or a longer trip. The airport is a short drive, and downtown Savannah is twelve to fifteen minutes away.

The Lifestyle

Westbrook is served by the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System. Pooler-area schools include Godley Station K-8, West Chatham Elementary and Middle, and New Hampstead High. SCCPSS approved attendance boundary changes for Western Chatham County that take effect in the 2026-27 school year and affect several Pooler schools, so confirm the current zone for any address before you buy.
