The Highlands is one of Pooler's established residential areas, made up of several subdivisions along Highland Boulevard. It sits central to the shopping and dining in town, with quick access to Jimmy DeLoach Parkway and I-95.
The homes are mostly newer construction, and the shared amenities are a step above many nearby neighborhoods. At the center is a large community pool with a waterslide, plus a clubhouse, tennis courts, and a fitness center.
Floor plans range from single-story homes to larger two-story homes with up to six bedrooms, roughly 1,500 to 4,000 square feet. The construction is newer, with the layouts and efficiency that come with that.

The Homes
The community pool and its waterslide are the centerpiece, and they get heavy use through the Savannah summers. The clubhouse, tennis courts, and fitness center cover the rest.
Everything in Pooler is close from here. Pooler Parkway's stores and restaurants, Tanger Outlets, and the grocery options are all a few minutes away, and the highways keep the commute short in any direction.

The Lifestyle
The Highlands is served by the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System, with Pooler-area schools including Pooler Elementary, West Chatham Elementary and Middle, and Godley Station K-8. SCCPSS approved attendance boundary changes for Western Chatham County for the 2026-27 school year that affect several Pooler schools, so confirm the current zone by address before you buy.
