Godley Park is a gated community inside Pooler's larger Highlands area, and it's compact and walkable by design. It's smaller than many of Pooler's master-planned developments, which gives it a more connected feel.
Lagoons stocked with fish wind through the neighborhood, and green paths connect the homes to the pool and fitness building. The whole community is walkable, and the gated entry keeps through traffic out.
Godley Park has both townhomes and single-family homes. The townhomes give a lower-maintenance entry point, and the single-family homes step up in size from there.
The homes sit close to the green space and the lagoons, and the layout keeps everything within a short walk. It's a tighter footprint than Pooler's bigger developments.
The Homes
For its size, Godley Park carries a full set of amenities: a pool, a fitness center, sand volleyball courts, a playground, and a dog park. The lagoons add fishing right inside the neighborhood.
Day to day, it's a walkable place with the recreation built in. Tanger Outlets, the airport, and Pooler Parkway's restaurants are all minutes away.
The Amenities & Character
Daily life here is built around the shared spaces. People walk to the pool, fish the lagoons, and use the playground and the dog park, with no cut-through traffic past the gate.
Location is the other half of it. Tanger Outlets, the airport, and the Pooler Parkway corridor are a few minutes out, and I-95 is close for getting anywhere else.
The Lifestyle
Godley Park sits in the Godley Station area, served by the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System. Godley Station K-8 serves the immediate area, with New Hampstead High among the high schools for western Chatham County. SCCPSS approved attendance boundary changes for the 2026-27 school year affecting several Pooler-area schools, so confirm the current zone by address before you buy.
