Ellabell is a rural community in North Bryan County, just off I-16 about twenty to twenty-five minutes from downtown Savannah. Until recently it was mostly farmland and country lots. That changed when the Hyundai Metaplant opened a few miles away, and Ellabell is now one of the fastest-growing corners of the fastest-growing county in Georgia.
The Metaplant is a multibillion-dollar EV plant employing thousands, and the area around it is filling in with new homes, commercial development, and supporting industry. You can still find acreage and country lots out here, alongside new subdivisions going up to meet the demand.
Ellabell is part of the Bryan County School District. It's an area in transition, close to the plant, I-16, and Pooler, with downtown Savannah a short drive east. If you're looking at Ellabell, reach out and I'll help you sort through what's available and whether it fits.
Ellabell sits at the center of Bryan County's growth, with land, new construction, and the Hyundai corridor all in reach. If you want to talk through what's available, I'm glad to help.
