ABOUT PEMBROKE

Pembroke is the seat of Bryan County, a small historic town about thirty minutes west of Savannah, just north of I-16. It started as a railroad town in the early 1900s and still reads that way, with a compact downtown along US-280, the 1938 county courthouse, and homes on large lots along the roads leading out of town.

Downtown is a Main Street district, with old-fashioned streetlamps, local shops and restaurants, the public library, and a memorial park, plus a Christmas parade and other community events through the year. Architecture around town covers a wide range, from shotgun and Cape Cod to Colonial Revival, Victorian, ranch, and newer custom builds on acreage.

Pembroke is part of the Bryan County School District, and it's drawing new attention as the Hyundai Metaplant in nearby Ellabell reshapes North Bryan. For now it holds onto its small-town pace while new construction moves in around it. If you're weighing Pembroke, reach out and I'll help you figure out what's available and whether it fits.

Thinking about making Pembroke home?

Pembroke gives you small-town Bryan County with Savannah and the Hyundai corridor both within reach. If you want to talk through what's available or figure out whether it fits, I'm glad to help.
