The Gates at Savannah Quarters
ABOUT THE GATES AT SAVANNAH QUARTERS
The Gates at Savannah Quarters is an established gated neighborhood inside the larger Savannah Quarters community in Pooler, about twelve minutes west of downtown Savannah. It's laid out on cul-de-sac courts and sits among the more established sections of Savannah Quarters.
Because it's part of Savannah Quarters, residents share the same club and amenities as the rest of the community, with the golf course running nearby. Some homesites front the course or back to a wooded preserve, which gives the neighborhood a green backdrop.
The Gates is mostly larger single-family homes, roughly 1,900 to 4,500 square feet, with three to five bedrooms. Many sit on cul-de-sac courts with traditional layouts and two- or three-car garages.
As an established section, the landscaping has filled in and the lots feel mature. Some homes look onto the golf course or back to a wooded preserve, and the cul-de-sac layout keeps through traffic off the interior streets.
The Homes
The Club at Savannah Quarters anchors the amenities for the whole community, and The Gates shares in it: an 18-hole Greg Norman Signature golf course, a resort-style pool, Har-Tru tennis courts, pickleball, and a fitness center.
The clubhouse handles dining and events, and the broader Savannah Quarters network adds about forty miles of walking and biking paths. The gated entry and the cul-de-sac streets give the neighborhood a contained, residential feel.
The Amenities & Character
Day to day, a lot stays close. Golf, tennis, the pool, and the club calendar are all inside the gate. Outside it, Costco, Publix, and Pooler Parkway's restaurants are a few minutes away.
The airport is a short drive, and downtown Savannah is twelve to fifteen minutes away. The Gates pairs an established, larger home with full club amenities and a quick commute in any direction.
The Lifestyle
The Gates at Savannah Quarters is served by the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System. Pooler-area schools include Godley Station K-8, West Chatham Elementary and Middle, and New Hampstead High. SCCPSS approved attendance boundary changes for Western Chatham County that take effect in the 2026-27 school year and affect several Pooler schools, so confirm the current zone for any address before you buy.
