ABOUT BUCKHEAD
Buckhead Richmond Hill (not to be confused with Atlanta's Buckhead) is an established gated community spread across 272 acres between the Ogeechee and Tivoli Rivers on Georgia's salt coast. It was founded in 1993 and has grown into a network of sub-neighborhoods.
Those sub-neighborhoods, including Buckhead Estates, Windsong, Princeton, Laurenburg, Cambridge, and Commonwealth, each have their own feel while sharing the community's amenities and covenants.
Homes range from around $300,000 up past a million for the deepwater riverfront properties with private docks. The variety means there's a wide entry point into a well-established community.
It's a covenant-controlled neighborhood, so the look and upkeep stay consistent, and annual HOA dues run around $950.
The Homes
Buckhead comes with a pool, walking and bike trails (about 1.5 miles within the main neighborhood plus connections to the Buckhead North and South trail systems), a playground, baseball fields, tennis and basketball courts, and a community room.
The setting between the two rivers gives it real coastal character, and the deepwater sections put boating right at the back door for waterfront owners.

Buckhead Richmond Hill is a settled, amenity-rich community with a wide range of homes. It's organized, green, and easy to live in.
It's within minutes of downtown Richmond Hill and I-95, with Savannah a short drive north. You get coastal Bryan County living with everyday convenience close by.
The Lifestyle
Buckhead Richmond Hill is served by Bryan County Schools, in the Richmond Hill cluster, with younger grades moving through Richmond Hill Primary, Richmond Hill Elementary, and Carver Elementary before Richmond Hill Middle and Richmond Hill High. Assignments are address-specific, so it's worth confirming the current zone for a specific home with the district.
