ABOUT BERWICK & BERWICK LAKES
Berwick is a collection of gated subdivisions about ten miles southwest of historic Savannah along Highway 17, roughly halfway between the city and Richmond Hill. The broader Berwick area takes in Berwick Lakes, Stonelake Townhomes, Stonebridge, Chapel Park, and a few others.
It's mostly newer construction on curving, tree-lined streets, with crepe myrtles and live oaks throughout. Each sub-community has its own setup, but they share the same easy, suburban feel.
There's real range here. Townhomes and smaller single-family homes start in the $200s, and larger four and five-bedroom homes run above $400,000. Most are recent builds, so you get newer systems and layouts.
