Bloomingdale
ABOUT BLOOMINGDALE
Bloomingdale is a small city in western Chatham County, sitting along I-16 between Savannah and the Pooler corridor. It's one of the more rural-feeling parts of the county, with larger lots and a spacious character that's a real departure from the denser development closer to Savannah.
The city is drawing more attention as western Chatham County keeps growing. I-16 access makes it a workable commute for both Savannah and the newer job corridors to the west, and the price point reflects that it's still off most buyers' radar.
Bloomingdale doesn't have the range of master-planned communities that Pooler does, but it offers something different — more space, quieter streets, and room to spread out at prices that are hard to find this close to Savannah. Sub-neighborhood pages are in progress. Reach out and I'll help you sort through what's available.
